Shipping&Returns Policy

– Custom Dolls:
Beacuse it is a customized product, please scrutinize your package upon receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the item, do not use it and contact us immediately, and we will help you resolve the issue. Please note that once the product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is classified as an adult product for hygiene and safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Shipping Fee

The shipping is free for all the in-stock dolls, but customized dolls are not free. You can choose different shipping methods to get different shipping costs.  

Note: Sex doll products shipped to the UK, Canada, Mexico,Switzerland and Norway will require custom clearance by the customer. 

Discreet Packaging

The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.

Custom & Taxes

For Canada, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, and a few other countries it is not possible to pay import charges upfront. On average the additional fee is approx $150 and in most cases. In this case, we will split the duty fees with you (50%) and also manage the liaison with import customs, so it is stress-free for you.

Shipping & Delivery Time

In-Stock Doll : Delivery time is 2-7 work days !

Custom Doll: Delivery time is 15-30 work days ! 

Order Change/Cancel/Return

Order processing starts within 2 hours of receipt of your order in general, so please make sure your order is correct before you hit the submit button. If we have begun processing your order, and you still wish to cancel your order, Please abide by the following policies :

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6 hours after placing the order, excluding credit card processing fees.

An 80% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 6-24 hours after placing the order, excluding credit card processing fees.

Orders more than 24 hours are non-refundable.

Once the doll has been shipped and offered you the tracking number for the in-stocked doll or your custom doll has been finished,  the order will not be canceled, please understand.

– Wrong Dolls
When you receive the doll and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will report and check to our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.

– Damaged Dolls
You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depends on how severe damage it is. For slight damage, a repair kit will be offered.

– Custom Dolls:
Since it is a customized product, please scrutinize your order upon receipt.
